Parma capital of American Football
Saturday even if only for a day, Parma became the capital of the Italian American Football. The Panthers will host it at the same sports events and political-institutional front. The program begins at 10 am with the preliminary stages of the national final of the championship school Flag Football "that will be staged at the sports fields of University of Cus Campus.
Secondary schools of first degree qualified 8 of which are due in representation of Parma ( "Manzoni" of Traversetolo national champion in office and "School for the Europe of Parma current provincial champion) and the other from Northern Italy (" G. Perlasca 'di Padova, "Cardarelli" in Milan, "Betteloni" Verona, "Fontanesi" Reggio Emilia "Mercuriale" Forlì) for a total of over a hundred boys and girls from 13 to 15 years.
The finals are scheduled starting at 15 and follow to approximately 15:40 am there will be awards. On the same playing field then to 16 hours will be disputed a 'friendly Tackle Football category U16 Panthers between Parma and Bologna Warriors. At the same time will also be a mini-tournament Flag Fooball restricted to primary schools in the area.
But the day will be marked by two other major events of a more political and institutional. In the morning it will be held on the Council FIDAF, which will be hosted in Parma at the University Campus.

The commitments on Saturday May 9 will be exhausted by the "Meeting of the Manager of the Youth Sectors" to be held always at the University Campus from 9.30 to 17.30. The meeting will bring in Parma about 30 representatives of companies of American Football in Italy for a day of training and updating on the current and future leaders committed to the dissemination, organization and management of American Football in Italy starting from the basics with the project " Flag Football School ".
